Medieval Dublin Symposium
The Friends of Medieval Dublin hold an annual symposium in May at Trinity College Dublin. This symposium is free, open to the public, and focuses on new and exciting developments in the history and archaeology of medieval Dublin.

Lunchtime Lectures
Since 2010 the Friends of Medieval Dublin have organized a series of Lunchtime Lectures which run from June to December and takes place in the Wood Quay Venue of Dublin City Council. (Lunch is not included in this event.)

Walking Tours of Medieval Dublin
Since 2005 The Heritage Council has run an annual Heritage Week in August. This summer event aims to build awareness and education about Irish heritage and encourage conservation and preservation. In 2015 the Friends of Medieval Dublin organised 5 free walking tours of the medieval city to coincide with this important heritage event. We would like to thank everyone who come on the tours as well as all of our volunteers who organised and ran the tours. We hope to see you in 2016!
