Saturday, 8 October

WHAT TO EXPECT

Join us on Saturday, 8th October, 9.30 – 5pm, for this year’s in-person Medieval Dublin Symposium at the Trinity Long Room Hub, Trinity College Dublin.

The 23rd Medieval Dublin symposium, presented as part of the Dublin Festival of History 2022, will showcase new research in the history and archaeology of medieval Dublin.

The purpose of the annul Medieval Dublin symposium is to provide a way through which teachers, students, specialists, amateurs, historians, archaeolgists, and everyone whose talents and interests are required to make complete the business of history, excavation and post excavation, can collaborate and provide us, and the Dubliners of the future with a clearer picture of the early growth of this remarkable city.

The symposium will be held in the Neill lecture theatre in the Trinity Long Room Hub, Trinity College Dublin.

All are welcome and we hope to see you there!

This event takes place as part of Dublin Festival of History 2022. Dublin Festival of History is brought to you by Dublin City Council and organised by Dublin City Libraries, in partnership with Dublin City Council Culture Company.
