The Friends of Medieval Dublin are delighted to invite you to join us at the 23rd Medieval Dublin Symposium on Saturday, 8 October, 9.30 – 5 pm.
The 23rd Medieval Dublin symposium, presented as part of the Dublin Festival of History, will showcase new research in the history and archaeology of medieval Dublin.
The purpose of the annual Medieval Dublin symposium is to provide a way through which teachers, students, specialists, amateurs, historians, archaeologists, and everyone whose talent and interests are required to make complete the business of history, excavation and post excavation, can collaborate and provide us, and the Dubliners of the future, with a cleaner picture of the early growth of this remarkable city.
The event will take place at the Neill lecture theatre, Trinity Long Room Hub, Trinity College Dublin.
The event lineup will be available soon.
All are welcome and we hope to see you there.
